I have to admit the service at this branch has not always been consistent but this week we had a great experience thanks to Takla Souaid. She was very professional and courteous. We will be sticking with this branch and National Bank due to her.

I've been dealing with Mrs. Fernandes at this location since I open my account and I could not be happier, she is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, always there to help and find the proper solution. If I could give Mrs. Fernandes 10 stars I would.
I recently was financed by this bank. The person I went through to get financing was supposed to tell the bank I cannot speak. My vocal chords were removed due to cancer so I have no voice. A lady by the name of Miriam has phoned me asking me to call. I cannot phone anyone even if I wanted too. Why don't people listen? I'm very frustrated here by this bank today.
Don’t not trust this bank with any of your mortgage or account. Unprofessional. The bank director will not call back to resolve and staff talk to you like your incompetent. STAY AWAY FOR THIS BANK
Staff asked inappropriate questions about my personal life when I tried to deposit a certified bank draft from another bank (RBC) that was made out to me, even after I produced identification, debit and credit card, confirmed credit limits, and home address (not my home branch). Will be calling corporate to complain
