Always been curious about this spot, and so glad we went in last night! Amazing food (that queso!!), and the nicest, friendliest team. Not sure who the true genius was behind the magic, but we could not have had the perfect evening without either of the two guys there who ran the show! Latin food isn’t just tacos and burritos. If you’re looking for tastes that celebrates and collaborates Latin American food/drinks, then def check them out! And seriously, start w the queso fundido. Looking forward to seeing you folks again soon!
I came across Zocalo on my trip to Vancouver by chance and it was honestly one of the best restaurants I've had. I was in Vancouver for three days and I went back to Zocalo each day because it was delicious! The service was super friendly, ambience was so cool and I just loved the fresh, authentic and spectacular flavors packed in the dishes!! The rollito de Cameron was by far my favorite dish and topped my list for favorite food ever! I also had the pastor, empanadas and churros. Amazing! Please do not miss this place! It's packed with great staff and out of this world flavors! Also you get started off with a complimentary jalapenon and cheese croquettes with homemade sauces to try!!
Great food and great service! Easy to find free parking around the area. They bake their own breads and tortillas, the sauces are all house made and extremely unique. Wooden warm interior decoration and very clean atmosphere (you will feel safe during Covid 19). Food taste is great however don't expect very big food portions though.
