I was treated with compassion and felt totally in control of my reproductive health. Thank you for being proper healthcare providers. Throughout all of my experience there I never once had to doubt the quality/accessibility of my care and I’m forever grateful to people like you.

Awesome clinic and great staff. Dr. Hunter is a real gem in the medical field with a laid back personality and great bedside manner. Always available when you need them. These ladies (MOAs, nurses, counsellors) do amazing work and don't get enough credit.

The staff and physicians are amazing! Even though my IUD replacement was incredibly painful, this is absolutely no fault of the doctor and 100% a function of my body being sensitive (my previous IUD insertion at another clinic was just as painful). She was gentle, kind, and treated me with respect and dignity despite my body's reaction to the IUD. The staff took good care of me afterwards as well, and made sure I was ok before letting me leave. The clinic is small but extremely well-organized and welcoming. They are efficient and the appointment was quick and easy. I highly recommend this clinic!

Unbelievable discrimination towards patients. Unacceptable phone hosts hang up more than 20 times after attempting to call the clinic because patient had a foreign accent. The clinic initially called me as per clinic procedure to book an appointment. 0 star would be the correct rating.

I was extremely nervous over my IUD insertion but after reading so many great reviews, I decided to go for Willow Clinic. I don't recall the Dr's name but she was very young and gentle. My appoinment was so quick! Pap test & freezing was quick and painless, I did feel a sharp (but managable) pain that lasted no more than 3 secs right at the insertion. After all the horror stories I heard of how traumatic the pain was, this was nothing! The cramping after insertion was the real pain, felt like awful period cramps but with pain killers it got better. Very thankful for this clinic and their professional staff!! Thank you :)

My experience with the staff at Willow Clinic has definitely been interesting. I got an IUD insertion in September of last year and had an amazing experience with Dr. Hunter. Super sweet woman and made me feel very supported through the whole experience. Unfortunately, I was experiencing severe cramping on a daily bases for almost 4 months after (still am) and I set up an appointment to speak with a doctor about my concerns. The doctor I ended up speaking to was very abrupt and seemed to dismiss my concerns entirely. She assumed I wanted to get the IUD taken out without even asking me what I would like to do. She spoke over me multiple times as I was explaining my symptoms and then hung up on me mid conversation, I can only assume she was busy or thought that I was finished talking. I got absolutely nothing out of that phone call and was essentially told all I could do was remove the IUD. Definitely not the experience I would expect to receive from any clinic.

I found their staff friendly, knowledgeable and kind. Dr Weibe did my IUD insertion and made me feel incredibly comfortable. I'm so glad this clinic provides freezing before the procedure! One thing I will say is that they need covered bins and garbage cans! Do not read further if you are squeamish: I saw some tools in a blue liquid that was in a bin they keep on the floor. These tools were covered in blood and some kind of tissue or flesh (although perhaps it was a blood-stained piece of paper towel, or something along those lines. I'm not sure). Additionally, I saw a bunch of things in the garbage can that were covered in blood. It wasn't a good addition to the rumination I had before the procedure, and made it 10x more stressful.
