As a film producer, I am constantly traveling for my job. I contacted Sam at West Coast Ayurveda and told him about some of the things I wanted to address in regards to my health. He was able to come up with a wonderful regimen that incorporated the use of Ayurvedic herbs and oils catered to my specific Ayurvedic body type. Sam also provided me with some very useful techniques that have helped immensely in managing the repercussions of having a very demanding career and busy travel schedule. All of these things have enabled me to focus and feel completely rejuvenated. Ayurveda has really helped.

I would not recommend Dr. Hari, he is unreliable and unprofessional. I have paid for products and never received them. You have to chase him for months to get a response re appointment or products that you paid for. He constantly get the products mixed up and seems only interested in payment. I had previously used Ayurveda in Sri Lanka and I am so disappointed with his services. He currently owes me money for products and cannot be contacted.

I have been a patient of West Coast Ayurveda for about three months now. I have been following the recommendations given to me: relaxation, dietary, yoga. I have noticed that my body is pain free my joints and muscles feel very mobile. My mind and body feel stress free. I have also been using various oils and vitamins. I would highly recommend a visit with Sam. He is very dedicated to his work and considerate to his patients.

I was very skeptical at first as I have tried many of these natural herbal remedies to no avail. But after hearing about Sam's and West Coast Ayurveda's sucessfull treatment of many problems I decided to fly out and give it a shot for myself. Man oh man I am sure happy I did. My physical pain and stiffness from a work accident is much better. More importantly the anxiety and stress that bothered me on a daily basis is completely gone. I cant believe what a difference ayurveda made after a few sessions.
