The worst clinic I have ever been too! Rude staff who could care less about your health. They just want to get paid their MSP premium per visit and get you out as quick as possible.

Professional, caring staff and doctors. The clinic itself is well designed, has a large waiting room and lots of windows and art. Dr Hanson is in particular quite amazing
I just went to get a contraceptive prescription extension and it was just awful. The first doctor call me, asked me what I was on and proceeded to send the prescription over to he pharmacy. However, when I went to get my medication the doctor put the wrong dose. Luckily, the pharmacy staff gave me the right dose, but I had to come back with the right prescription, so I had to go back to the clinic. The doctor asked me to look for the dose I was taking because she wasn't sure what dose she was supposed to give me. I've been on this medication for a year and talked with several professionals about it. There's only one dose available! How can she not know this? Because if this, I missed my due date and I had to take a pregnancy test to get the medication again.
This clinic is HORRIFIC. I have been trying to follow up with my test results for about three weeks now and they are continually cancelling my appointments with no explanation. I call and get told they will have the doctor call me, nothing happens. I book appointments and they cancel them. Absolutely abhorrent. Do not waste your time trying to be seen or assisted with anything, you could very well end up dead before someone could be bothered to give you your results. Here's hoping I'm not actually ill. Disgusting behaviour from those who are supposed to be medical providers. You truly are just a number at this clinic. STAY AWAY.
After attempting to phone Well Health and being placed on hold for 20 minutes, I called another clinic. The virtual Receptionist answered after 3 rings. I was informed the Receptionist was busy or away from the phone- asked to leave my name and number and told they'd call me back soon as possible. Easy Peasey. Life doesn't have to be frustrating or difficult.
