These guys are extremely helpful! I had a Tumi rolling briefcase and the sliding handle was jammed. They dealt with Tumi warranty for me as I didn’t have the receipt of purchase. Because the timeline without the receipt was so close to the 5 year mark, they weren’t successful in getting it covered under warranty, SO they just did it for me without any charge!! It was a pleasant surprise. Super friendly and caring. Thanks guys!

I was referred to this repair service by the official Tumi store to repair a broken zipper on my leather backpack. I was surprised by a very high repair price (200 dollars for a zipper?), but agreed hoping that the quality would be superb. They did put a new zipper in, but the stitching in absolutely horrible- the size of stitches varies and they arent straight either. There is a weird second layer of stitches in some spots and it doesnt align with the first layer. The guy in the store told me those were necessary to make sure the zipper holds. There is also a whole bunch of loose threads, and it looks like stitches arent fixed properly. Better off going to some other repair service- save both your item quality and your money.

Worst customer service ever!!! I was looking to get a quote for repair service for a piece of luggage I had which had a small hole in the corner. At first the gentleman was nice and genuinely interested in helping. He proceeded to look at my luggage, and this is where the service turned; he asked “what does this cost brand new?”; since the luggage was for oversized sporting equipment, they’re quite expensive and I told him the retail cost of the bag (900). He takes a further look at the bag, and says, “I can repair this for 50% of what the bag costs new”. I get that luggage repair is a specialized service; but when it appears you’re making up repair costs out of your rear end, that’s going to raise some flags. So if I said the bag was 300 new the price would automatically change? What happened afterwards was the icing on the cake for terrible service. I said I’d think about it and appreciated the quote. The gentleman then rudely says, “ok think about it, but I know you’ll be back. Bye. ” and walks away to the back. I will happily take my service elsewhere (which I already have) with must better support and a fraction the cost. RUDE and UNTRUSTWORTHY, absolutely would NOT RECOMMEND.

I highly recommend this place of business. Their work is extremely well done! They are personable, helpful and honest. I wish all businesses were like this. They repaired my leather purse and it is like new. I hope you will bring them your repairs during this trying Covid time so they can remain open. (Much of their regular work comes from the tourist industry which is highly compromised at this time.)

I brought it a custom mosquito net that required a lot of my own time to create for my Westfalia camper van. The zipper need to be replaced. They showed me a heavy duty zipper that was long enough and told me I would not be able to find anything like it unless I bought a suitcase and removed the zipper from the suitcase. They told me the zipper would be 75 and the labour to replace the broken zipper and sew in the new would be 100 for a total of 175! I figured that these guys to professional work it would be worth the money to have a bug screen that lasts. When I picked it up 5 days later, to my surprise it looked like a child had worked on it. The stitching is not straight, the cuts are not square and the screen pulls and is rippled due to tension all the way down now. In fact it didn't even operated as intended without their modification while I waited. I told them the workmanship was unacceptable and was told that the guy that sewed it is old! That's their excuse, our labourers are old and inept! This screen is to be used on a show vehicle. The Westfalia is a registered collector's vehicle. The next day I find out that they straight up lied to me about parts. They told me the #10 zipper slider would be impossible to find, yet I just orded a proper double pull slider made by YKK on ebay for 5.61USD and 5 yards of YKK #10 zipper for 12.91USD. So, they do sloppy work, they lie to their customers faces and they don't make it right. Check my photos. Does it look like a job you'd pay a professional 175 for?
