Terrible customer service. Next to no communication, many \live chats\ online questions gone unanswered. I had to call daily to get any kind of update and often the call center could not provide an answer. Paid for the one day service and it took three weeks. Would have been much quicker and cheaper if I had dealt with the embassy myself. Do not use this service it's not worth the fee.

Amazing service! I have dealt with this company before and marvel at their acumen for obtaining visas for so many countries. We are going to China in October so I once again availed myself of their services. I dealt with Peter who was very friendly and helpful. I live outside the Lower Mainland so I had to send my application and passports by mail. Having them vet my package, submit it and mail it back was magic. The service was also very prompt which was great because nobody likes to have their passport out of their hands for too long. Great job VisaHQ!! Thanks!!

it was the first time we uses a visa service and i was very pleased with the result, the 1-800 number for advice in filling out the forms had very short wait times and answered all my questions. When we went down to the VisaHQ office in Vancouver they could not be nicer. they went over our forms and any changes were made on the spot. they took them over for processing and called us when they were ready for pickup. i would certainly use VisaHQ again, it made my life so much simpler
