My company uses Vericlock and I was trying to add a new employee to our VeriClock today and I had trouble so I called the customer service line and a very sweet, helpful woman named Wendie answered. She was so nice and cheerful. She transferred me to an equally awesome tech support woman named Reayah! She helped me through my issue and was so knowledgeable and helpful! VeriClock is a game changer for businesses! I would highly recommend this service to any company! She even showed me where they designed new help features to make it so user friendly! You do not have to wait to speak to a LIVE person or start a chat! Thank you ladies for making my day so much easier! You both are true assets to VeriClock!!!

Vericlock is a great App for business owners and employees alike. It is customizable, easy to use and meets all.my needs for time keeping. The cherry, however, is the service. There is a chat option that you can use to answer your questions. The representatives are super fast to respond and very helpful. I recently dealt with Reayah and her service was personable, knowledgeable and very effective. I would recommend Vericlock to anyone looking for a time keeping service.

We use Vericlock for 2 businesses primarily for timeclock use. It is very user friendly and intuitive. It is easy for employees to navigate through their app. On the admin side, the reports are easy to customize to your needs and provide a wide range of options. Overall, the pricing is reasonable and I would highly recommend it. Anytime, I have a question, it has been easy to reach customer service and they are very responsive.
