A second home for so many seniors in the downtown eastside. Great discounts on meals and a safe space to socialize, watch tv, or play a game of cards. Pool table is was new and is well used. Great community events and membership is reasonable considering all the freebies throughout the year.

Since you do not provide half-star ratings I am obliged to give 1. Food, costlier than other community centers and for less & smaller portions. Other amenities aren't well provided for (torn pool-table cloth, pool cues-missing tips ), or are no longer provided at all (hand towels). I'll take the opportunity to stop at this point since I am feeling less and less inclined to give any sort of positive feedback. I will say this however, the center opens at 8 am.
