Finding a new home with Kenneth Chow was a pleasant experience for us. That was the first time we went through the process of viewing a property and signing the documents remotely - we rented a condo in Burnaby, BC, while we were in Toronto, ON. Ken was responsive and informative throughout the process. He gave us a detailed FaceTime virtual tour of the condo and promptly answered our questions even although it was a weekend. I can recommend him to anybody who is looking for a new home.
