Good for kids
VPS is an amazing community to be a part of. The classes, instructors, and overall spirit of this organization brings so much joy to our kids. Also, they’ve been very much on the ball in terms of following health regulations and safety protocols during this time. We’ve been super impressed with their diligence in this area, and appreciate the care and caution they’ve been exercising throughout the pandemic. Thank you, Katy and team! We appreciate all you do.

My kids have been taking classes here for many years. I am always blown away by the professional and caring nature of the instructors here but their response to lockdown, particularly this latest one, has been phenomenal. Such a feat of organization to get all classes on Zoom but it has been done seemingly without a hitch. Whether in person or online, I feel my kids are in safe hands here.
We’ve been going to Vancouver Performing Stars since 2013. The instructors have been nothing but fun, patient teachers with amazing dance skills! 2020 made them even rise to the occasion even more - first with online classes in the spring to stellar cleaning protocols in the fall. I felt incredibly confident in my decision to send my daughter back in September - kids arrived in masks, had a health check, sanitized then were given a designated spot in the studio that was their personal space. My daughter never complained about going and enjoyed every class as she did pre-covid. We look forward to being back in person to see some of our favourite people.
VPS is an incredible program that has pivoted seamlessly to keep our kiddies safe and still able to do what they love safely!! Our jr musical has been divided into safe groups of 10, and my son looks forward to this program above all others. It is a safe community where we have felt welcomed and warmth from the beginning!! Highly recommend!!!
Both of my girls are taking classes at VPS and I am extremely impressed with the measures they have taken to socially distance and protect the kids during this pandemic. In fact, we didn’t send them back to school in September, but with the small class sizes, spacing, and cleaning procedures at VPS, we felt comfortable sending them back to dance.
