I'm not questioning the authenticity of the stuff that they sell but I'm not surprised of the negative reviews of the owner. I'm familiar with him way back when he was repairing shoes at Granville Skytrain Station long ago and was selling sports jerseys on the same premises. He fixed my shoes a couple of times. He did great work back then, but didn't like his attitude as he came as stand offish to me. Too bad he hasn't changed. If he was nicer to his customers his business wouldn't go down 90% in this pandemic.

Worst customer service based experience (in regards to older individual who runs the store) With compete utter disrespect. Personally came in physically to the store just to ask a simple question in regards to an inventory stock of a certain player jersey, Didn't even want to acknowledge myself nor the question, made it very clear he didn't want my presence nor business near him. Don't waste your time making the effort to physically go to this store if you want to feel unwelcome or disrespected. There was no sign indicating anyone can enter the store so a suggestion to the owner - put a sign out saying to anyone to "NOT ENTER" the store in the first place. It will definitely save everyone's time. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BUSINESS NOR SPEND YOUR HARD EARN MONEY TO THIS STORE. Giving fair warning to anyone who decides to shop at this place. Would not recommend to anyone to purchase jersey's at this location. Take your business somewhere else.
