Very first time at this branch. I had no expectations. I'm writing this review because of the service I received from Coral. She was extremely helpful, friendly and took the time to explain relevant information that helped me out tremendously. Her customer service really left a lasting impression on me. This Vancity like all the ones I have visited have a great staff they are very polite and personable. You can buy used books here and the money goes to charity. They have a parking lot. It seems that the staff don't know if the points accumulated on one visa card can be transferred to another card when going from a Classic Enviro Visa card to a gold card.I would think that it is important that at least one person on staff should be well informed of thier products.
