Vancam was highly recommended by my camera store and the service I have received there on two separate occasions has been top-notch and well worth the long drive. The owner is well-spoken, professionally quick to ascertain problems, up front re: costs (which are reasonable), and is willing to go the extra mile for the customer when he can. He recalled from my phone call this time that I was driving from a fair distance and although it was very close to the end of his very busy Saturday, he made a point of trying to do this work for me promptly so that I did not have to make another trip. I appreciate that he is not only very competent, but a gentleman with good business practices. Covid precautions are also excellent.

Owned a Nikon D810 for 3 years lately the memory door grip has become loose i tried to repairit by using Gorilla Double Sided Tape will that was a mistake it wasn't holding at all,today 7/11/18 i dropped by to have the grip replaced they told it will be ready in a hournow that's amazing service the gentleman who i was dealing with was very friendly i would highly recommend this location. Please note this service centre only accepts cash or debit (no credit cards)
I brought in my very old and treasured Bushnell Custom Compact binoculars for cleaning, and to repair a lens which had come loose, and could not have asked for better service! We live out of town and when the work was completed my binoculars arrived back, carefully wrapped and packaged for shipping, within a few days of payment. The best customer service! I called about a concern in my camera, thinking I had to completely replace the body, but the staff was quick to tell me everything I needed to know about my camera, and that I didn't need any service to repair or buy a replacement part. The camera works great as is and they've saved me thousands of dollars. Thank you!!
