Great customer service! First we checked online but there was no availability for the right shoe size. Then we went to the store to look for alternative designs. The sales lady helped us find the right one and the right size.

Bought shoes that were not sized right and caused a blister. Had outstanding support from Nargiza and Athila to make everything right! Helped me try on multiple pairs until I was happy. Would definitely go back!
Excellent customer service. Awesome and very helpful staff, very welcoming and never rush customers at all, in fact they even offer a free bottle of water while you try to decide or try shoes on. I really like shopping here!
Nice sales people. Don't pressure you to buy
I walked into the store and immediately didn't feel welcomed here. The staff was extremely cold and gave me such an attitude. I asked for a certain boots that I wanted to see and she just point her finger to the section. She didn't offer if I wanted to try it on or talk about the product. When I asked for the size, she brought it out and just give it to me, again, without a word. I had to look around and find a place to sit down. Maybe she thinks I don't have enough money to buy anything or do not deserve her service, and I think she's right, I wouldn't buy a 200 pair of boots with that kind of customer service. I was just surprised that a global company but did a poorly training in customer service.
Nice store on Robson Street. Welcoming and knowledgeable service; and thank you for the free water - it was seriously hot that day !
