I want to make a HUGE rave to Joel at UBC hospital Koerner Pavilion .i had to go down there for surgery July 28th from vernon and he was the best nurse..he totally made me feel comfortable and brought me ice packs, heating blankets and made me tea's all through out the night. I really hopes he see's this and knows what a great job he did!! He made a great career choice!! Again thank you very much.

If I could give no stars I would. Nobody is helpful, it's dirty, even the volunteer at the little desk at the door didn't know where we were to go. She was more into her phone. It took my mother & I, an hr to find where our appointment was at, & a ton of walking. It was ok for me, but not my 78yr mother.
