The folks here are very happy and friendly. The desk clerks had a good sense of humor and helped us fast despite my friend struggling with the debit machine. The guys that hooked up our trailer were ALL BUSINESS. They took care of things fast. Affordable rentals too. 5 stars.

The two level self storage is so big that you will get lost. Line up during peak hours can be very long and they are understaffed so customers may need to wait for up to 30 minutes for any service. I don't know why my credit card was charged 1 penny two days after returning a trailer here. After viewing many other reviews I think I am not the only one getting charged wrongly. But it doesn't worth my time and minutes to call them back and complain. This place only worth 2 stars, but they have a staff named Pat, who is very helpful and experienced, he is willing to go an extra mile for customers. Hence I am giving 3 stars to give credits for his dedication.
They tried to scam me by saying I damaged the roof of one of their vans. They tried to rip me off 500. They showed me a grainy photo of before compared to the day I took it in. We barely drove the van anywhere and never under any parking lot. Upon inspection of the scratch myself, there was tons of rust indicating that the scratch has been there for awhile. They had nothing to say, and let me go my way. What a pathetic attempt! Don’t trust these guys.
The parking lot is easy to miss from Marine Drive. There isn't indication if there is non moving truck parking in front. It was difficult to get the cart back to the store because there were some vehicle inspections being done, leaving no room to get the cart through. The staff were pleasant enough. I appreciate their apartment moving kits, but recommend a large one if you have to pack shelves.
Great selection of vehicles Make sure you book earlier to get a good size. I messed up my reservation and ended up driving a house. Long lines picking up and dropping off. I also purchased a lock for the truck from uhaul and it was to short to lock the 26’ roll down door. Would be helpful if they had locks with longer hasps.
