I took my great grandmothers 75 year old dress here to be restored. It hadnt been properly stored over the years and had a lot of discoloring. Lesa worked some miracle magic on it and the dress looks nearly brand new again besides a few tears in the lace from before. She replaced a bunch of buttons and I can't get over how white and bright it is. I am very impressed and would 100% recommend bringing any delicate item here

I love this place! Just brought a winter jacket in to get a zipper replaced and they nailed it. They called me twice to make sure I was getting what I wanted and I just picked it up. Perfect!! Thank you Tuesday! You guys rock.
They did a great job with my shirts that I had cleaned, and I was happy with the service and timeliness provided so I will leave a 5 star review. That said I was disappointed that the alteration specialist was not in both Friday afternoons I was there.
(Note, the business changed ownership in the last 6-12 months, so ignore the old reviews). I brought a linen sweater and a small wool throw in for dry cleaning, and asked what the cost would be. I was told 13 and 15. Then when I picked it them up, I asked to confirm the charge and was told 15 and 17. My bill ended up being 40 ... so I asked again. Now, I was told 15 and 22. When I asked about it ... \we just charge what they tell us\. In the past, dry cleaners would nicely fold my linen sweater and drape it over a hanger as it is quite delicate. Tuesdays gave it back to me hanging on a wire hanger, with a crease in the collar. I will not be going back there. Edit: It was the Tuesdays on West 4th by Safeway. The young woman working when I picked up my dry-cleaning told me the ownership had changed, after I had asked.
I gave my Levis Jacket to clean at this place. The jacket was in good pristine condition except there was a foul odour emanating from the jacket, so I asked them to do a dry wash to remove the odour and they did assure me that it will be a dry wash. When I went to pick up the jacket, they let me know that they put the jacket through a washing machine. The staff wanted me to make the payment first even before I could inspect the jacket when picking it up. After making the payment, I noticed that the jacket is now ruined as the leather has come off the collar and stitches have come off in other parts of the jacket. Please refer the pics When I brought this up with the staff, The employee Sara argued that I have signed a release form, relieving the establishment from any damages that have occurred to my Jacket while cleaning and so there isn't much I can do. She anyways offered to keep the jacket for a day and assured me that the manager Lesa would look into it and call me the following day. Lisa did not call me the next day, so I went to the place again and picked it up. Basically I paid 50 at this place to have them trash my 200 Jacket. I would have liked to give them a 0 or negative rating, but have to settle for 1. Do not give your Leather Jackets for Cleaning here. I will never be going to this place again. Even in their response message, they do not take any responsibility for their actions. They are either argumentative at the customers or are defensive about their services.
