I needed a negative COVID test to enter Hong Kong. Due to the 72 hour requirement prior to boarding, the timing was very sensitive. TravelSafe was able to do my test and return my result in under 36 hours. Though the test was somewhat expensive, they did their job well and I appreciate the speed by which they sent back the test. If I had not received the test in time the costs would have been much higher due to the 21-day hotel quarantine requirement and non-refundable booking.

Highly recommended! We were not sure what vaccines were required for our trip to Southeast Asia but the TravelSafe team helped us beyond our expectations. Our destinations were Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam. Our nurse (Kim) was very informative and addressed all potential risks, reviewed our vaccination records and gave us many tips on how to prepare for our trip. Everything was sorted in one appointment, and the entire visit was simple, fast and very informative, prices were actually pretty good compared to other places, and we really felt like we were taken care of. I would just advise contacting them in advance as you may need shots that need more than one dose before your trip.

I would highly not recommend using TravelSafe. Their web contact form for appointments doesn't work - on Android/iPhone/Win10/iOS. I tried to make an appointment but it didn't give me any response after filling out the information and submitting several times on several platforms/browsers. I tried calling instead and it was even worse. After like 50 calls and 90 min waiting - no success, just the same voice message again and again to disconnnect me at min 5 because \all lines are currently busy\. Very bad experience, very unprofessional.

Staff are nice enough, but I’m not sure that anyone should consider them as an option at all for travel mandated Covid tests. They do not have the ability to get your COVID test results back in time for a flight. We attempted twice now with TravelSafe and they didn’t get the results in time either time. First time, three family members got their results and one was left out (no idea why they were separated) and then the second time literally no one got the results back in time. So a lot of wasted time driving to the airport only to turn around again. They really should not be offering COVID tests, maybe just offering immunisations etc.
