One of the oldest Totem park residences! It is not 'high-techy' but definitely very cozy to live. Has communal bathrooms on each floor. Each floor is single-gendered. There is a guest bathroom downstairs. It is only a first year residence for University of British Columbia students!

Great atmosphere has a real community feel, though the heat is often on when it shouldn't be. It has better lounges then some of the other houses and it has the best location when it comes to getting to classes.
Kwak 5. Maybe it's better now, but in 2014-2015 it was gross af.
Sterile white concrete walls, hospital lighting and smelly floors. Do not live here if you have living standards and don't want depression!
