I would highly recommend Tony Tran Diamond for all of your jewelry needs! My wife and I recently got our wedding bands made by Tony, as well as a new diamond engagement ring setting. Based on our experience, we can't say enough good things. Tony is super easy to deal with, is incredibly knowledgeable about anything jewelry related, and has the best prices in town! Tony is transparent in his pricing and will break down exactly how he develops his quote. When our rings were done, Tony resized my wedding band twice to make sure I got the size just right at no extra charge. Before going with Tony, my wife and I went to many places, including your typical high end retail (e.g., Birks, Tiffany's), high end custom jewelry (e.g., Minichellos, Cavalier), and other pure goldsmiths, and Tony had by far the best prices and was the easiest to deal with. Unlike those other places, Tony doesn't have a large showroom or other significant overhead to cover and those savings are passed onto you. If you've been to other places and have an idea what you want, go talk to Tony and I promise you wont be disappointed! Tony is the best!
Bad business practice. Charged me for casting dragon heads when all he did was take them off of another chain and charged for plating 14k beads with 24k but did not even make 24k color. Promised a locked in gold pendant price at 89 per gram then the day of pick up changed the price to 100 per gram even though gold price is the same as the locked in price at 89 per gram. Over all a liar and a money hungry untrustworthy business. Will do business elsewhere...
