I Couldn't believe this quality of Tiffin service exists in Vancouver. Such an amazing food. I am a vegetarian and I think this is the best Lunch-Box service everyone should have. It costs me less than !2 delivered at my house. Their boxes are so cool, it keeps the food warm for long time. I love their quantity, I eat same meal twice as the quantity is ample. If you want good home-cooked food, this is the one you should be subscribing.

I have been a customer since two months and my experience with Silk Indian Tiffin has been wonderful. There is timely delivery (very imp to me), quality of the food is exceptional (home made & healthy). I am mighty impressed with the professionalism and a big shout out to Manjit for making sure that I receive my food on time and with a smile. Thanks to the team at Silk Tiffin. Highly recommended.
Great food and timely delivery. Have been using the tiffin service for the past 5 months and would definitely recommend. The taste is pretty close to home food. The best thing is you get variety on a day to day basis, that makes sure you don't feel monotonous.
Giving their service a one star for the sake of the refund she agreed to. I ordered a large tiffin from them and the first day it comes in containers that aren't the ones they took the deposit for. When i show the photos to their customer service rep, she replies "so what is wrong that is our food?" and that made me angrier. She did not notice the quality of the food or hr quantity or in general the presentation. When i said that, she mentioned how it was a kitchen mistake ... and i was wondering how they forgot which tins to use ? I have posted the pictures of the food that i received for 321.30 plus 50 for the tins. I am posting what i received and what was shown on the website Please check the reviews credibility before getting into it.
Not at all good food spend 80 for 5 day trial 1 st day got chicken Caesar Salad and chicken was so hard, and today I got boiled chickpeas with little rice, cucumbers and cherry tomatoes how could you eat such boiled thing and quantity of every meal is so less we booked meals to be delivered starting from 12th and they instant started a week in advance and no body is bothered what portion size they are delivering.. I regret spending 80 and would like to refund my money..
Great food with good quality - slight improvement can be done by maintaining better communication be with customers I believe and with slightly more quantity. But overall, good to go and a thumbs up - go ahead and try it out folks! :)
I don't do much reviews but this is worth it. I take the vegetarian tiffin and of all the tiffins I have tried, this is so far the one I felt sticking around with. After I tried the trial I thought the quality might decrease later, but no, they have stuck with the quality and I really appreciate it. Pros: 1. Delivery on time on the time slot you select. 2. ACTUALLY good food. They don't add tons of ghee and oil and hence is not greasy which is a big plus. 3. Good chef(s) because whoever makes the food definitely knows the taste of the regular homemade food. Their daals are really good! 4. A good variety of food. You may/may not like say one specific curry but then that's ones personal taste but tiffin service makes all attempt to have variety in meals. 5. Salads are not overly packed with 'leaves' and bunch of different stuffs. They keep it simple 2-3 items and hence eatable. Carrots are my personal favorite. 6. Pretty responsive to texts and emails. Whoever handles the text/SMS service is doing a great job. 7. Great price given that they also do delivery. If you are a student, don't forget to avail the student discount. It's very helpful for students. No Cons so far. I hope the quality persists. Best wishes to the team.
The best part is the resemblance of home food. Never missed home because of the simple, non-oily, basic home dishes. The quantity of the regular tiffin I received was more than enough to last me for 2 meals (obviously it depends on your diet). Highly recommend silk tiffin for those people who are into healthy and simple home-cooked food.
