I Chose The All Vacuum Store for my vacuum purchase, because they specialize in vacuums and have been run by the same owners for decades, garnering a good reputation for service. I wasn't disappointed. The owners are friendly and extremely helpful. The vacuum I chose was on sale for a good price and no higher than any of the other retail stores I checked out. The owner took the time to demonstrate how to use every part of the machine. The price included a 5-year warranty, and they do the repairs in their shop, making it very convenient for me. I would not hesitate to recommend this store and happy to support a small, local business.

VERY happy with my purchase. Carlos and Angelina are super friendly and helpful! Carlos answered all my questions about various vacuums. Took the time to show me how they work, removing parts, showing me the filters, the various attachments etc. Just all around great service! Walked out with a Hoover Air Windtunnel which is an AMAZING vacuum for the price. Felt like a steal at 149.99 considering a Dyson dust only handheld vacuum with a charge that only lasts 10 minutes costs 500. This does carpets, floors, has a large bagless collection bin, washable filter, detachable hose with attachments for those pesky ceiling corners and floor boards. Amazing maneuverability, a SUPER long cord, and amazing suction power. Honestly I cannot say enough abut this vacuum, it's perfect!
Super friendly service! We were on the search for a new vacuum and we’re so pleased with every interaction we’ve had with the team at All Vacuum Store. Same prices as anywhere else, but a local team rather than some large corporation. Plus - they were super willing to answer any and all questions. So glad we found this gem. Will be back for any and all vacuum related needs! Super highly recommended!
Needed a belt for my Hoover Powerdash and was not able to find one online or even from Hoover Canada. Called in and the gentlemen was very helpful and told me to bring in the broken belt to match up. He quickly found a replacement belt that was close enough that did the trick.
Went in looking for a new vacuum and the staff was super friendly and helpful recommending options. I came back a week or so later and bought a vacuum again the women who helped me was great gave me lots of info probably way more than I would of red on the internet about the product I was buying. I’d way rather go here and support a local store than Amazon or a big chain store.
