I like the food. Giving 2 stars for the customer service. Girl who works there needs to improve her customer service skills. Unfriendly. Gave attitude.

I couldn't get enough of this place while visiting Canada. I ate here almost every single day. The quality of food is pretty good for the price and much cheaper than what we pay in Atlanta. The tom yum soup is delicious and the variety of foods they have on the menu allow me to not get tired of eating the same thing. They even have an option of protein for each item on the menu. For example, if you ordered Thai fried rice you can get it vegetarian style, with shrimp, fish, chicken, or steak. The combos came with an egg roll or spring roll and a drink. The soups came with a choice of adding coconut milk for an additional dollar. I'll pay a dollar for coconut milk to be added to soup any day. And the spring roll was huge. Staff isn't very friendly. The staff was friendly at the airport in Toronto. Wish we had a Thai Express here in Atlanta. This is what I call good fast food.

I am a regular customer who goes to the other location in the harbor center, since its a Sunday I wanted to try this location in the waterfront center. my order was ready before I could even pick up my utensils. the chicken basil fried rice was so oily or too much sauce to the point I couldn't eat at all. as you can see from some of the pictures that even the table was covered with oil/sauce. I mentioned to the cashier and I had to threw my food to the garbage unfortunately.

I ordered the fried rice with basil and beef and it didn't taste as good as it looked. I also wanted it medium spicy, but it wasn't spicy at all. The servings were smaller, too. Not worth the money I paid.

Decent, reasonable prices for what you get. Can be busy at times. Drop in a bit early for lunches or you'll be waiting a while. Our office gets food from here often and no one complains. Not the not the fastest service but quality and price make up for that.
