Our goal is to locate, evaluate, and explore early stage cobalt and lithium mineral properties in the mining-friendly jurisdictions of Canada, the United States, and South America. Projects: The Company has the option to earn a 60% interest in two principal cobalt properties, The Teledyne Cobalt Property and the Glencore Bucke Cobalt Property, in the mining favourable jurisdiction of Ontario, Canada. These two cobalt properties are directly on-strike with the Cobalt Camp’s most prolific past producing cobalt mine – the Agaunico Mine. The two cobalt properties are adjacent to each other and are accessible by Highway 567 and a municipal road cross the Glencore Bucke Cobalt Property as well as a well maintained secondary road. A cobalt ore custom mill exists within 2 km of the Teledyne Cobalt Property Ramp. These infrastructure investments add considerable value and will eliminate $millions in future costs to replicate. Surge Exploration has entered into a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding with Compañía Minera del Pacífico S.A. (“CAP Minería”) for an option to acquire up to 100% of the Atacama Cobalto Project in the prolific Atacama Region in Northern Chile. This transaction is subject to additional due diligence by Surge, the negotiation and execution of a Definitive and Final Option Agreement between Surge and CAP Minería, as well as TSX Venture Exchange approval. Surge Exploration Inc. has entered into a property option agreement with Eastfield Resources Ltd. (“Eastfield”) dated November 14, 2017 (“the Agreement”), whereby the Company may earn an undivided 60% interest in seven mineral tenures covering 2,418 hectares (5,972 acres) located approximately 80 km northeast of the town of Quesnel, BC and 20 km north of the historic gold mining towns of Wells and Barkerville.
