Extremely unprofessional. I ordered prescription glasses from here and over 5 weeks later, I still do not have them. I was told they would be couriered to my home, but the store changed its mind and asked me to come in. I confirmed the opening hours and when I showed up, the shop was closed. At present, the shop doesn't even know where my glasses are.
Phenomenal. As a first time buyer, I went to a handful of shops around the city and Strozzi's had by far the best service and selection. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me find exactly what I was looking for (I didn't even know what that was) and I couldn't be happier with my new glasses!
Strozzi’s Eyewear is an exquisite and unique place to find the perfect pair of prescription eyeglasses, contact lenses and sunglasses. The owner Dieter is very knowledgeable, handpicks his stock and charges reasonable prices all in a gorgeous historical building. Also, honourable mention for Strozzi’s state-of-the-art eye exam equipment. My family has been buying glasses here for years.
