This company's customer service team is amazing! They are very responsive, and have excellent communication. My sales rep was very helpful in laying out my options and ensuring that I was satisfied with the product through every step of the process. Their prices are also cheaper than other big name online printing and embroidery stores. I would definitely recommend these guys, and I will definitely order through them for all of my future needs.

Really friendly staff that did an amazing job on my custom bachelor party t-shirts. The party loved them! I would definitely use their services again.
Friendly and a bit cheaper but very very slow and inefficient. It took over 50 emails sent (104 total) to finalize my order and 8 weeks from start to finish. Compare that to a different company I ordered from and had my order done with 5 emails and 12 days. The final product is quite nice though and that's the I my reason I gave them 2 stars.
I was in a pinch, on a tight budget and needed some tees with my \RedEyeGames Live\ logo printed on them. Stitch Works came through with flying colors. They offered better pricing than the competition and the customer service was fantastic. Not only that, but my order showed up on my door quickly and looked better than I imagined.
