Avoid avoid avoid!!! Not only is Stephen's Photo Lab completely overpriced, but having paid for passport photos to be ready in 4 hours, when I arrived a full day later they had not yet been printed. The staff is incredibly rude. Do yourself a favour and go ANYWHERE ELSE in Vancouver, and you will have friendlier, cheaper, quicker and better service. This was the worst photo printing experience of my life.

Overpriced and terrible customer service. Came here today to take a picture for my 2 months baby. Their machine didn't work with my Visa, they didn't accept amex, and didn't want to take Mastercard info. I ask if I can pay next day when I get pictures- they said NO. Thair prices also crazy 45 if you wait till next day, and 65 if you wait for 2 hours. We found a place that does instant photos for the cheaper price. Will not recommend this place, save your time and money.
The staff is very professional and kind. I took ID photos for immigration purpose, and they have already known well about it without I explain a lot. In addition, they gave me some instructions for submitting the photos to IRCC. Of course, photos were taken very clearly. I highly recommend.
We needed infant passport photos for the U.S. and had the best service coming here. We needed a quick turnaround time, and we were able to pickup our photos same day. Stephen was very knowledgeable on the requirements and specifications. He is one of the few photo places in the city that take newborn passport photos, and he was great with my one month old. The photos look wonderful and were accepted with no problem at the U.S. consulate the next day. We were so pleased with his care and genuine concern for our situation that we went back for Canadian passport photos for our newborn as well. Very happy with our experience and would return again!
Got my CDN passport photos taken here. They can't print them any faster than an hour. Turns out the photos they printed are too big to use for passports as well. What a waste of time and money! London Drugs can print photos immediately and the right size!
