I wish I can review the quality of service, but we just couldn't get past the reception. I don't know if the guy at the reception is an owner, but he behaved like he owns half of Vancouver. Extremely rude and condescending. My girlfriend had made an appointment with Dr. Nathaniel Winata weeks ago and got an email confirmation. The reception guy first told us we don't have a reservation and after she showed a confirmation email he said it wasn't valid!? and told her to leave. This is the person you want as your first point of contact with customers? Good luck. This was easily the worst customer experience I ever saw.

Had my teeth whitened here with Anita and was so happy that it went a few shades whiter just after one treatment with the organic whitening gel! I've had a tough time getting them brighter in the past using peroxide gels from dental offices. Anita and other staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. A great experience here!
Amazing experiences at ST Medi Spa ! I have gone there for several treatments for various issues and have great results every time : 1. Teeth whitening - my teeth are usually very sensitive and cannot do any sort of teeth whitening, but the one they have available here did not hurt at all. 2. Cool Sculpting - was able to get my problem areas toned and slimmed without the long recovery of lipo suction 3. Ipl facial - I have been insecure of my large pores and uneven skin texture , and after getting IPL treatments, my pores shrank to half the size and skin was glowing . Thank you ST medi spa!!
Thank you St Medi Spa! This acne problem has been bother me for almost 2 years. I was very sad and no confidence to go out : ( I have been going to st medi spa almost a year now, they recommended meso therapy treatment for my skin, I did seven treatments and I love love love the results. All the acne was gone, my skin feels so hydrate, bright and soft now.
