I had a great and wonderful experience with SpoiledPups Bakehouse. First off I was late picking up the birthday cake I had ordered for my grandpuppy. Heather waited for me the whole time patiently. I had broken my toe and it was taking me a lot longer to get around than I had anticipated. My daughter, the mom of my grandpuppy is severely allergic to ALL nuts, she is anaphylactic and Heather made sure there was no traces of nuts in the cake. I cannot tell you enough how this alone just warmed my heart, honestly this made me cry. This has been a serious issue for my daughter since the get go of her life and Heather took extra measures to make sure the cake was safe for my daughter. You cannot ask for more than this when someone like Heather cares for your child as much as you do. I cannot tell how the cake tasted but it smelled amazing and I am sensitive to lots of different smells. But most importantly, my grandpuppy absolutely loved it! She is a very picky eater and seeing her enjoy the cake made me a very happy grandma! :) For as long as I can because of the amazing service and quality of the cake, I will always be ordering from SpoiledPups Bakehouse!!!

Hey there We just wanted to share our excellent service from SpoiledPups Bakehouse. On Dec 18 th we ordered our pup a special birthday cake. My wife was a bit concerned as our 2 year old bulldog has many allergies. which we had listed our concerns. Then when it came time for pick up. My wife had realized she had a flat tire and couldn’t make it for the pick up time . She called the owner of the Bakehouse and explained our problem. And the owner (Heather) brought Winters birthday cake to us!!!! Now that is some heart!!!! Heather explained to us that she does this for the pups and to help us give back to them. And that she would have no problem bringing it out to us Sooo sooo impressed by the service .... not too many of these caring small businesses around anymore !!!! Highly recommended.
