Adam greeted me right away. He explained the steps for a dermal piercing and gave me his honest opinion of where it should be placed, when I asked him. He did defer to piercer Josh's expertise (which was the same). Josh carried that same energy throughout the piercing, explaining as he went along (which I really appreciated). Great conversations with both of them. Thank you!

Great! The employees are so friendly and their environment is very welcoming. Got a tattoo by Claudia and got a helix piercing yesterday. They were very sweet and the place is really nice and clean. They made me feel comfortable when I was nervous to get my first tattoo. 110% definitely recommend and would love to come again!
Such a beautiful store in a really central location! The piercer I got was really knowledgable and experienced and just an overall cool guy, which makes the whole experience that much better! If I find more space in my ears for holes, I know who I'll be coming back to!
Amazing service. Came in for 3 piercings (two lobes and a helix). Staff are incredibly nice and made the process very pleasant. Will definitely be returning!

These guy and gals know their stuff. Very professional and clean. Dropped by without an appointment and they had my daughter's ear pierced and out the door within an hour. I do recommend an appointment for all other services though.
Wait times are super long. But totally clean and great artists.
Beautiful jewelry, and was able to quickly replace the too large barbells with pretty titanium units. Staff is courteous, knowledgeable, and professional
