Don't remember his name but he was a brown male doctor. Discussed about hormonal medication and told him that I may be sensitive to hormonal changes. Then he asked me if it's not because of my personality. Not even a psychiatrist will say that. Very condescending and rude. During the whole conversation, he made me feel like I was just bothering him. Why be a doctor when you lack compassion?

This medical clinic has a doctor as well as a dentist and an ankle and foot specialist. It is very clean and modern inside and the receptionist staff are very friendly, warm and welcoming. I recently moved close to this clinic and am now registered with a new family doctor here who was also very friendly, professional and listened well. I would highly recommend this place.
Great place for any medical issue. But their phone service is not at all in any way accommodating. It would help if they answered their phone calls. By far the longest I've waited on the phone.
I had a phone appointment with a walk-in doctor, Dr Chan, looking for an initial meeting for a regular doctor and some help with a chronic health issue... He seemed quite rude and condescending, explaining things to me that were obvious once he provided more info (gee thanks!) and overall seemed lacking in compassion. Maybe he's better in person? I'll just keep looking, since it sure seemed like he thought I was wasting his time.
Was able to book a phone consult with a doctor within thirty minutes of online booking. Their online system was easy to use, and the doctor was polite, courteous, and helpful.
