I got some beautiful paint colours here. 3 stars because they told me I could pick up the paint the day after I ordered it, and then when I arrived they hadn't prepared it yet. I waited 45 minutes and the guy kept coming back over and over and over again to make different changes etc. Overall, good paint. Just a bumpy ride to get there.
Please. If you possibly can transfer this branch manager for a bit more training. He is a belligerent, unhelpful, and just not a customer oriented person. Feel sorry for all his employees. Used to be different at this location.
Sold me a Battery powered spray machine which couldn't use it after watching the video of it for 3 days, paid 800. Didn't take it back, Winny is a bad man, as a manneger and the one sold me the machine, if I didn't use it, why doesn't take it back.? Monkey business. Not buying anything from them again. Will use Canadian Paint store, the Cloverdale paint or the Frenchiese Benjamin Moore.
