Excellent food, friendly and proactive staff. Their eating area is peaceful and has some good views, I like how the store is arranged with groceries in the back and hot food near checkout with a wall separating the dining area. Definitely one of the best Persian spots around with all of the classic dishes.

I went to Sahel Market & Restaurant yesterday, the food I ordered was so tasty, fresh, and taste like home made. The place is very clean and friendly staff. I will definitely go back and order more food. Highly recommend it.

Hoori Barkh

Got 4 plates, some with rice and some with salad. The meat quality was great. The salad was placed next to the kabobs, which is good for reducing the number of containers used but it resulted in the salad being soggy. It also took some time to get our food ready as they have a relatively small grill (compared to other Persian restaurants). But overall I would highly recommend the place. It’s the only place of its kind in this neighbourhood (otherwise you have to go to downtown)

Excellent quality and delicious food, and outstanding, friendly staff! This kebab is the best I've had in Vancouver! If you're hungry and looking for a decent-priced meal, check out Sahel. You definitely can't go wrong. P.S. The donair is out of this world!

The food is very delicious and prices are fair. Besides, one meal is too much for one person and maybe sharing would be a good idea.
