It’s a disappointment every time I have to deal with the customer service (in person, by phone or email). The only time I felt like this place had amazing customer service was on my first call when I booked my first appointment. Starting from them not able to explain what the charges are, to sending the claims to my insurance wrong (under my spouse’s name instead of my name) and not being able to accept it and correct it, it has been a disaster for me. They don’t respond to emails, they call days later to respond to your email instead of actually responding to the email. The only reason why I give them 2 stars is because the dentist was good at doing his job. Although he doesn’t follow people’s history. So he doesn’t remember what he did to you a week ago or what he has to do a week later. He just concentrate in the job he has to do in the moment. Doesn’t feel very personalized. He also didn’t explain what not to do after getting a filling done the first time, and the second time only after I decided to ask. I picked to go to this dentist looking for the best in town and after so many bad experiences, I’m really not sure why this place has such high reviews.

Simply wholehearted professionals from the receptionists over the hygienists to the dentist (Dr. Phillips). My wife and I have been regularly going there since 2007 and I have not have had one bad experience, plus our kids go here too now. I moved here from Germany and to my surprise the dentistry here seems better than there. In the first few years I had many things done (including crowns) which were not at a good level (from Germany), but after that it is been mostly regular cleaning and maybe two or so fillings repairs over more than 10 years. Forgot the to mention the best part: Dr. Phillips usually calls you the evening/night after something was done (like a filling) to check in with you how you are/feel. I am not making that up, that’s customer service par excellence. Enough said, if you are looking for a dentist, go here.
I just found a great new dentist, named David McGrory! I was apprehensive about this appointment, because I hadn't seen a dentist in a long time, and I was worried about what was happening to my teeth. I was very impressed with the care I got, from the personnel on the front desk, to the x-ray technician who got me ready. Then I met the dentist. He introduced himself by his first name, which I always like, and then did an examination, always explaining what he was doing and why. Then he showed me the x-ray, and explained exactly what was happening to my teeth. Best of all, he carefully outlined the different options I had for treatment, detailing the pros and cons of each option, as well as the cost. His relaxed and unhurried manner really made me feel at ease, and I really appreciated his candour. I will be calling him the next time I need any dental care.
Haven’t been to a dental office in a while(not the best experiences) and was very apprehensive to try a new one. The staff make you feel welcome and at ease during your visit. The dentist and hygienist completed a thorough new patient exam and made me feel reassured that I was in great care. Actually looking forward to future appointments!
