If you're looking for a reliable limo company for any event book with Ritz limos. We used their services recently for our wedding and we couldn't be happier. Our driver was AMAZING! We are just so happy with his service. Right from the beginning of the day he was so helpful and made the drive from each location very enjoyable. Thank you all once again for such great service! We will definitely be recommending you to any friends and family needing limo services and if we do ever need a limo in the future we will know who to call.

WARNING: HORRIFYING NIGHTMARE OF AN EXPERIENCE. Our group of 24 booked a **Limo Bus** for Sunday at 15:00, for 2 hours to take us to Prom (see confirmation email in picture from the company). On the website, Limo Buses are promised AUX connections for music, smoke machines, tinted windows, and seats that face each other etc. (see picture). But NOOO, when our driver arrived, it turned out to be what looked like a HandyDart painted White, with FRONT FACING SEATS (see picture below). The driver told us that another Wedding took our Limo, so this was all they had left. We attempted to call Ritz Limousines, and was hung up on TWICE. We decided to try to work it out with the driver, but he said \Take it or Leave it\. Oh, but if we left it, we would forfeit 50% of the payment. All this back and forth took up 30 minutes, which only left us with 1h30min left of drive time. So lets see here: 540 with 12% tax is 604.80 ARE YOU KIDDING ME? That's 6.72 a minute FOR A SCHOOLBUS?! Horrible Customer Service. Warning you to avoid this company at ALL costs. It is absolutely not worth ruining your special day. UPDATE: This joke of a company has been harassing us by calling us repeatedly, telling us that this entire ordeal was OUR fault, and even threatened to SUE us for writing this review.
Their party buses are the nicest I saw in town. After a little negotiating I was able to figure out a package for my price range. I appreciate them working with us. I know they are worth more than what we could have afforded at the time. The drivers are so professional they both wore black suits and took pride in their buses. I recommend them to everyone. Go in person to have a look at what they have and compare it to the others out there. They almost forced us to have a look at the buses before we booked them so we were happy. Keep up the amazing work
Great company. Such an affordable rate. Had to leave a review after the bus that showed up. We went from abbotsford to downtown with a return at night. Made our trip there perfect. I think it was more fun than the club we went to. Keep it up guys. P.S - love the fireplace
