I brought my battered and uber road-weary Rimowa case here for a TSA lock swap and was greeted warmly. The space is small but very substantive, the repairs were performed under warranty and included a set of 4 new wheels (an unexpected bonus!). A very nice and highly skilled gentleman made this the best service experience I have had in many years! Thank you MEGO, you have certainly earned a lifetime customer today!!

Dropped off my sport trunk for a replacement foot/bumper on Monday and promptly got a call that it was ready for pick-up on Tuesday. My trunk was still under warranty, so the service was covered at no charge. Great service and a super quick turn-around!
