Fairly knowledgeable people. Was willing to help a crazy customer. (me) bought a switch for stovetop. I described my symptoms to the front sales person and she was able to tell me I was most likely correct. Also had a oven control board on the same unit. Electronic board failed. She told me there was a rtd inside the oven and check that before ordering any new boards. Rtd tested ok so board was shot. I was able to take apart my old circuit board and found a cold solder joint. The employees did not appear to talk down to customers. Oven is fixed! (For now.....)

Website is easy to use as long as you know the manufacturer and model number. I phoned in and confirmed the item is actually in stock and after a couple of minutes of a wait the sales person confirmed the item is in stock. Parking in the area is limited to street parking and it is busy during the day. I’m giving 5 stars for this review mainly because of the sales persons service at the store. Offered me an alternative part that was more economical. Really appreciated the service.
horrible service, ordered the part 1 month ago when the web showing in stock, now after a month still back ordered, call a week ago, still no answer, the customer service is extremely irresponsible. if there is a zero star, i am going to give a zero star.
I ordered a small replacement part for my older Saeco espresso machine. I called the store to ask if they had the part in stock before I got in the car to drive across town. They did not have the part, so glad I called first, but for a small charge, offered to have it sent from their store in Calgary to my home. The part was delivered to my home by Canada Post on Monday morning. The part was reasonably priced and the delivery charge was reasonable, certainly worth the cost of time and gas if I had driven over to the store. Thank you to the staff at Reliable Parts and to Canada Post.
Love Reliable Parts. They have very competitive prices and have a huge selection. They are always willing to help out whenever possible (as long as they're not too busy). Great for professionals and DIY people. Helped me with a part for my Whirlpool Quiet Partner 2 upper rack wheel and clip. Although the new clip looks different from the original it is a new replacement version as stated on their website.
