You haven't lived until you have experienced owning a Lexus. My sentiments after owning a 2014 LEXUS IS250. The service at Regency matches this view. Every time I go there I feel I am good hands and more importantly they are advising me on the best and most economical solutions to keep my Lexus running at the level it was designed to. Thank you Regency Lexus for making one part of my life easier.

I've owned my Lexus Rx Hybrid since 2009 and always had amazing service from Regency. Their detailing packages are great as well and very reasonable! My SUV comes back looking and smelling brand new every time! I've never had any issues with my vehicle and it's now just over a decade old. Highly recommend Lexus and Regency Parts and Service. The staff at the service centre has always been courteous and professional. A lot of times because of my younger age and as a female, I feel slighted by some staff when I am in a male dominated industry/environment such as the automobile industry. (I had experienced that in one dealership; never going back there again.) However, at Regency Lexus, I have not felt that way at all ever since coming here regularly for my car maintenance since two years ago. The staff are friendly and always explains what checks were done in detail, and answers my questions with sincerity. I appreciate the staff here a lot. Thank you Regency Lexus!
David Pham the Asst Service Manager at Regency Lexus was very polite, clear & concise and very professional while handling our very first Lexus Service appointment. David was helpful with the courtesy car and very easy to deal with on the service of our new Lexus. My wife and I were welcomed to the Lexus family with open arms. This dealership has by far the best service I have ever received in my life, and I've only had two interactions with them. I am a recent new purchaser of a Lexus and wanted to get all the servicing done at a dealership, and I'm so happy I did! David has been my go-to guy, and he has a similar love and passion for the LX470 and 570. He has offered great advice, and what I love most about my experience with them, is that providing me with exceptional service comes ahead of making any money off of me, always. High integrity, incredibly kind and generous -- what more could you want from a mechanic and dealership? I am a Lexus customer for life now. I can't say enough about this place, if I could give them 10 stars I would!
