Finally I got to try this new ramen place last Saturday. The front or entrance looks small, but the restaurant is quite deep that it includes many seats. Due to covid, the restaurant has put up plexi-glass between tables; and seats at high table were spread out. We were lucky to get a table right away. We scanned a QR code on the table and ordered our ramen on our phone directly. It's pretty convenient and high tech in terms of ramen restaurants. The server or chef would receive our orders and they would confirm with us before making the food. We ordered a shio and miso ramen along with the chicken kaarage on the side. The chicken kaarage was so soft, juicy and crispy. I wish I could eat more! The soup was made with chicken broth, so it tasted a bit different from the tonkatus ones at other ramen restaurants. The broth tasted about right that we wouldn't feel it was too salty and strong. It had less lard significantly compared to how much other ramen restaurants use. The chatsu was so soft and smooth that it melted in our mouths right away. Although there was fat attached to it, we wouldn't feel too fat or greasy. The customer service was excellent. The servers and chef are Japanese. They were very polite. When we paid our bill, they gave us stamps. Once we have collected 10 stamps, we can get a free bowl of ramen. Last but not least, the ambience and interior design were nice and comfortable. You could tell it's Japanese style for sure. The washroom was clean. In terms of parking, we could park in the residential area in the neighbourhood and walk to the restaurant. It's quite convenient as I know we all hate to pay for parking. As you can see, everything is ticked ticked ticked, so I gave 5 stars. :)

Great service. I was greeted when I came in and was asked to write my contact information - the usual these days. That’s why the extra star. Food was too salty. I ordered the miso based noodle soup but it should not be salty Reason for the two stars: well, they actually deserve one but I put an extra star bec of customer service. Why one star? I sat at by the entrance over looking broadway. But had to move because saw an ant and another insect. Will I come back? NO.

5 tables and a large bar... ramen is it’s own food group and this place has it perfected. Japanese feeling right down to the cheesy Japanese pop music. Love it here. It’s been open for just over a couple weeks, no line on a Friday night. Price is what you’d expect. Washrooms clean and staff is delightful. The gyoza was perfectly prepared, slightly crispy. Only if I lived closer...... :)

Been a number of times over the past year and has always been very good food and the staff have been very friendly, and welcoming. Karaage is quite yummy!

This newly opened ramen joint recently opened it’s doors and I had to stop in. It’s interior decor is great and music suits the general mood. The ramen itself is great - especially considering I came in on opening day. My main feedback is that the ‘standard’ firmness noodles are a touch on the firm side. I provided this feedback to the staff and they were very receptive. They are even handing out forms to solicit feedback! Very promising. Will definitely frequent this place!

Great service and delicious ramen. The portions are on the smaller side however and the prices aren't the cheapest either.

Ordered a original shoyu ramen karaagepickled veggies combo for takeout (18tip). Just being critical here bc I love ramen and want this place to succeed!! Overall disappointing, only 3 pieces of borderline greasy karaage and 4 slices of takuan? Pretty sad for an add-on. Also, the chicken broth that was supposed to be light had too much oil. The noodles (got regular) were a little too firm and noticed more rubber texture as they got cold (コシが強すぎ). Also I think the packaging was overdone, should opt for more sustainable options than 3 separate containers for a ramen and a plastic thing for 4 slices of takuan. Also to add, idk about the choice of canola flower (菜の花) as a topping, just a personal opinion. The chashu and memma were good tho. I’ll come back if the menu changes, but overall it’s not worth it.
