I had an absolutely amazing experience at this store in buying a new pair of runners. I came in back in December to get fitted, and Liz worked with me to find a solid pair of shoes (Brooks Glycerin). She answered all my questions, and gave me fantastic advice. I went home very happy! After trying out the shoes more, it turned out they weren't a great shoe for me personally and what I was looking for. I went back the next week and Liz again helped me narrow down what I was looking for and try more shoes on. She again made great recommendations, answered all my questions, was super patient, and went above and beyond to help me. The return was super easy, and I LOVE my new shoes (On Cloudflow). I have a couple hundred km on them now, and I'm so grateful for her advice and recommendations. Amazing return policy, amazing staff, and amazing shoe selection. If you aren't 100% happy with your purchase, they'll do everything in their power to help. Thank you so much, Rackets & Runners!

This is a really good store. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I came here with two other friends who are complete beginners of tennis. The store rep, probably the boss, has explained things so clearly, like the options we have, the price range, the functions, etc. We ended up buying 3 different rackets that suit our needs. I definitely would recommend ppl coming in, especially if you need any advice for getting the right equipments or shoes.

I wish I knew of this place earlier. Best shopping experience ever: * Amazing selection of items that I could not find anywhere else. * Incredibly knowledgeable staff who helped me on multiple fronts: shoes, rackets, grips, ankle braces. * Awesome racket demo program that guarantees a no-regret racket purchase. This shop has 5 stars for good reason. I wish shopping was like this everywhere.
