This company is a brother / sister team. I dealt with Eric, who I feel went above and beyond to try and get us help for my elderly mother, and get it without delay. Even when things didn't look good, and we were totally without care or anywhere to turn, he \pulled a rabbit out of his hat\ to save us. Our family was so maxed out, it made a huge difference. Our problem was his problem and he worked like crazy to solve it. In my dealings with this company, the management is attentive, responsive and have some really excellent care workers who love their job. We now have a wonderful care-worker and look forward to working with her for a long time. And Yes, I this review is real.
