Michelle and company have been doing our windows - a 60 unit apartment building - for the past couple of years. Best window cleaners we've ever had in my time here (13 years). Very professional and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to recommend their services!

Precision Building Services is a roll model contractor and professional in their trade. We used their services for post construction window cleaning, frame detail, pressure washing and buffing up our polished stainless steel. Michelle did a walk around of our commercial building with us and explained and educated us on each process she will be completing to give us the best results for each of the services we required. She provided a detailed contract which I've never gotten from any other companies I've used in the past. Her crew was respectful and professional and they delivered their promises in the time required. Precision will be our go to exterior building cleaning company.

We use Precision Building Services for majority of the properties we manage. We can trust that they deliver quality work and supply us with competitive quotes. They pay attention to all the details from start to finish and they are very easy to communicate with. Michelle is very personable and takes the time to educate residence and tenants about their properties. She creates yearly maintenance plans for our properties so they stay looking great and that we avoid costly repairs due to neglecting regular maintenance. We highly recommend Precision.

We are certainly pleased with both the work Precision Cleaning did for us, and the communication between us to obtain the initial information necessary to feel comfortable hiring them. Precision Services power washed our 2-storey Vancouver home. Dark, exterior siding that showed absolutely every grain of dust and dirt is now totally clean. We had them do all the windows after the power washing which I would highly recommend adding to any residential cleaning job. Thank you Michelle. Your company was exceptionally quick and thorough. Precision worked on our townhouse complex. Our strata has used different companies throughout the years and had a hard time finding a company that could deliver quality. As strata president it was my goal to find a company the residents didn’t have reason to complain about. Precision was very professional, delivered each unit a notice a week prior to their arrival, came at scheduled times, staff were professional and in uniform, you could tell when you saw them working, they knew what they were doing. They left our complex looking new and the residents are happy. Thanks guys!
