Very smooth experience with our son’s newborn circumcision procedure. I was worried at first but the clinic took great care of the little one. My husband went in (they only allow one parent to go in due to Covid) and was blown away by the entire process and how detail-oriented Dr. Pollock was. Highly recommended

The staff did a good job of going over all the information and I felt my son was in good hands with Dr. Pollock doing his procedure. They ask you to email pictures on the 4th day so they can see how it is healing and I was very impressed with Dr. Pollock's response time!
I had vasectomy surgery last week. All the nurses were helpful and professional. I have no complaint about the procedures and how it is done. However, the conversation I had with Dr. Chang during the surgery made me feel uncomfortable. I felt that was very unprofessional of him talking down about other cultures or race. I hope he can choose the right words or topics to the patients for the future.
I cannot express how highly I think of Dr. Neil Pollock and Pollock Clinics! Great service, great guy and excellent results! He is truly a master of his craft and from my personal experience handled everything with the utmost care and professionalism. All the staff are wonderful!
Staff was friendly and helpful. They made sure that pre, during, and post-op was well documented and explained with all my questions answered. The procedure was efficient, quick, and has healed nicely.
