Generally not too bad. Food selection and seating area is better than Toronto in my opinion. Though the common theme I find is Plaza Premium lounges are more squeezed. Seats are quite close to one another.

January, 29, 2020 They got mashed potatoes, ravioli, peppercorn beef stew, corn salad, beet and apple salad, 3 beans salad, tiramisu, cupcakes, 2 kinds of beer, 2 kinds of white wine, 2 kinds of red wine, 5 different kinds of hard liquor, juice, specialty coffee machine, which got at least 10 different kinds of drinks to choose from and few different kind of pop to choose from. I like their beef stew on mashed potatoes is so good. They always line up and packed. Always under staff, just got 1 server at front end and 2 employees at kitchen. You need to ask for a beer, but you can ask for more, not ONLY 1 CAN PER TIME. I asked 6 CANS AT SAME TIME BEFORE TO SHARE WITH MY FRIENDS. Small and cozy place to spend my 3 hours delayed flight. There's one man washroom and 2 Ladies Washrooms. November, 20, 2019 They changed their menu into shepherd pie, baked rock fish with spinach and jambalaya rice. November, 4 2019 They changed their menu into squash and cheese tortellini, creamy mango chicken and mashed potatoes. I like their tortellini with a lot of sauce.they also served diamond shape grains buns. ‐--------‐---------- #_# -----------------#_# -------- Friendly and professional services. They changed menu every 2nd week. Won't get bored, if u travel a lot. I like their lamb stew with fresh buns, corn salad and ice espresso.

Good place to get something to eat and drinks. I like their sheperd pie, quinoa salad, European raspberry cake, tiramisu cake and scrambled eggs. The staff was Friendly and fast services. March, 2020 They got new look. They put all the food on the bar table , instead of small cozy counter, right in front of coffee machine. Look nicer and more organized now.

The food was not very good and had minimal options. There was curry, some corn salad, finger sandwiches, and a few dessert options. Luckily I wasn’t hungry and just got coffee, my friend said the curry wasn’t very good. The coffee machines take forever to heat up the water. But I like the big window where you can people watch. They have a couple computers you can use also

Had a good experience at this lounge. They seemed short staffed and the lounge was packed but the staff were friendly and helpful - especially Vicky. She never stopped and many people thanked her for taking such good care of them. So nice to see such great customer service. The food was plentiful. Wine was nice. Coffee was fine. I will come back here

If you've got a Sapphire Reserve, checking in is easy. My wife has priority pass and was able to bring me as a guest, no problem. We came at night and they were serving dinner. It was fine. Seeing how it was free, I have no complaints about the food or drinks. I will say that it's a bit small and the bathrooms are a bit dirty, you can actually find nicer bathrooms in other parts of the airport. There are only a few seats that are close enough to an outlet which isn't great. But if you're comfortable leaving it there and sitting somewhere else that has a line of sight to it then you'll probably find an outlet. They also have wine and cheap liquor for free as well. It's all quite adequate but not anything I'd consider luxurious or even premium. It's just a decent place to sit with free stuff. Nothing too egregious to complain about.

Good service was quite busy when my friend and I arrived we we're fortunate to find armchairs next to each other. Quite a nice variety of light food including beef stew, rice, bread, salad. All drinks including self serve liquor were complimentary. Lots of non alcoholic beverages from soda to milk and juices. Also had a various small deserts. Multiple TV's and free newspapers provided as well. Did not try the shower or private computer areas although those were available. Overall the staff and gal at the front counter upon arrival were quite attentive and polite. Very good to burn a hour or two awaiting your flight at the international terminal. Well worth it.

Anyone who rates this above 2 stars hasn’t ever been to a proper lounge. 2 hot dishes and today it’s pasta and mashed potatoes... mashed potatoes really?? You have to ask for cans of beer and they will only give you one at a time. As a Priority Pass holder sure I’ll take it, but otherwise they charge 50 CAD entrance fee and the front desk said something about a 2hr limit which is totally not worth it. There is only one stall for the men’s washroom and it seems to always have a line. With the limited options when flying to the US from YVR, you may be better off to spend your 50 at one of the restaurants.
