Terrible customer service! You can't even understand anybody who works there, and they don't bother to try to get you to understand what's happening. They don't listen to you, and they just hang up the phone when they think you're done talking to them.

Extremely rude, horrible customer service. Our financial institution sent this notary our mortgage document to close and upon calling to set up an appointment, they wouldn't discuss and simply hung up the phone. Save yourself the hassle and don't even consider this Notary.
