I recently purchased a timepiece from Vivian at Palladio and I could not be more happy with my experience. Just bought my first Rolex from Vivian at Palladio and couldn't have asked for better service. She was pleasant, professional, informative and made the experience very welcoming, which can often not be the case in luxury goods shopping. The only negative is I now want to buy more watches from her and this could get expensive, haha ;) Full 5 stars on service and absolutely love my new watch!
