I have been happy having Pacific Quorum manage my strata for the past 3 years. I am particularly impressed with their website portal PQ Online. I have spoken to Jennifer Lord a few times over the years and she has been prompt and helpful with all my questions. Keep up the great work Pacific Quorum!
Nima Saffari of Pacific Quorum epaired\ our ceiling after a water leak. Instead of a smooth ceiling, however, we have a relief map of Switzerland. For the last nine months, we have been asking Nima Saffari and Chris Knight of PQ for this epair\ to be rectified. Nothing. Pacific Quorum are unresponsive.
I would like to share my opinion about our latest property manager, Elena Vinarskaia who is our third property manager in the space of one year. Elena has been a refreshing change as we are in regular contact and there has been no need to chase her for a reply. She's easy to reach and is always available and engaging. She is very prompt and responsive in her replies which are sometimes outside of office hours. Hoping that she will stay on longer than our last two PMs.
The strata manager assigned to our strata corporation seems to be complicit in the routine violation of BC strata property laws by our strata council, and does not provide clear answers to questions that he is asked. A strata manager's duties include acting in the best interest of the strata corporation and acting in accordance with the lawful instructions of the strata corporation.
