Booked tour through Expedia and Spent 564.00 for my family of four. When we arrived at the boat NO ONE WAS there!!! We tried calling their phone numbers and the phones were no longer working. Expedia reached out to them by email asking for our full refund and they refused. Now I’m having to deal with my credit card. Please do not book any tours with this company Pacific Ferries!!!

Poor communications. The ONE water fall we saw was fairly small. We limped back to dock on one engine.
Dissapointing. Would not recommend. Any other cruise is so much better. I bought tickets from GROUPON for 3 hour Indian Arm Very small boat. No comfortable seating. Claustrophobic and stuffy, No place to sit or stand outside. Definitely not ok for children or elders. The ususlly beautiful falls were not much to see this summer.

Can’t even get through to their phone line - what gives?!? Poor comms for sure ...sounds like a shoddy operation.
