Very comprehensive. Fair price. Professional, kind and courteous treatment. Never need to wait. My back started feeling much better after the first adjustment. Dr. Gertz took the time to explain all my back issues clearly. I'm looking forward to more progress as we re-align the bones in my back.

I am so pleased after a wonderfully informative assessment with Dr. Gertz. He is so welcoming and kind, and I could tell he truly cares about his patients and enjoyes what he does. I had also booked an RMT massage with Daniel today after my assessment with Dr. Gertz. Daniel is also extremenly friendly and very skilled. Everything about this location is great. You are told at an indepth, slow rate; what is happening to your body and why it's happening. Then, you are told what will be done and why and how. You are there, included in the conversation. After all, it is your body. And they understand that, they don't just look at you like another thing to hurry and finish. This is all in person. However the online form that they provide is not well organized. After filling out the form and sending it back, I was told that the form was blank and should just complete it when I came in. They gave me the form and it was 90% done. I had missed three questions and the rest were not applicable to me-but that wasn't clear. So, this is something that needs to be fixed. As it's not readable easily. You don't know what you are reading. Mainly due to spacing.
